The safety and welfare of racegoers, participants and our staff is our highest priority and we have been working hard to ensure our site is Covid secure. In preparation for our Back On Track Days, we are introducing new hygiene and safety measures around site in line with Government guidance.

To allow for social distancing and to ensure everyone has plenty of track time safely, we are limiting the number of Driver Tickets available each day to 200 on a first-come, first served basis. Plus, a limit on Additional Crew Tickets up to 5 per driver, in line with the Government’s rule on gatherings of no more than 6 people. We ask that teams MUST socially distance themselves when working on and around vehicles even within their pit bay.

  • We politely request that you do not attend if you or your household start displaying any of the symptoms associated with Covid-19 prior to the event. The main symptoms are: a high temperature, a new continuous cough and/or a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste. See for more details.
  • Ensure you have your tickets ready either printed off or on your phone prior to leaving for the event. Please be ready to pay for items on site from our catering unit and Pod Shop with contactless card payment rather than cash.
  • We encourage racers and crew to bring their own first aid kits where possible for minor injuries.
  • If you require race fuel for the event, please place your order in advance no less than one week prior to the event, by Friday 26th June, to allow for stock delivery and supply.

  • On arrival, our medical team will ask to take your temperature. Non-invasive, contactless temperature checks will be a condition of entry. You do not need to exit your car, this will be conducted through your car window on arrival. Anyone presenting a high temperature associated with a fever, will be asked to pull out of the queue and wait 5-10 mins before being re-checked. If on the second check the temperature recorded is still high, we will politely ask you to not attend and leave site immediately.
  • The pits will be marked out to allow for social distancing between each pit bay to include race car and/or trailer only. We ask you stay within the marked pit bay and take any instruction given by the pit marshal and security.
  • Parking areas will be available for Additional Crew.

  • Hand Sanitiser stations will be at key locations around site. We ask you uphold the highest possible hygiene standards with regular hand washing or use of hand sanitiser.
  • Please adhere to the social distancing guidelines when moving around site and when queuing for the Sign On Office, Toilets, Catering Unit and Pod Shop. Please pay attention to markers and signs which will be clearly visible at all key locations for your safety.
  • The grandstands will be closed; bank viewing is available on the opposite side of the track – please stay within your household groups and follow the rules on social distancing when moving around site and when viewing from the bank.
  • If you are planning to race both days over the weekend, where applicable, you will be able to leave your race car on site overnight however strictly NO CAMPING or overnight stay is available at this time.
  • Catering will be limited at these events; the Santa Pod Café and Fuelers Bar will not be open. Therefore, we will be operating a single catering unit serving fast food, tea, coffee and soft drinks as well as a separate drinks only unit. The main Pod Shop will be open for souvenir items, soft drinks and confectionary. Contactless/card payment please.
  • Failure to follow requests and instructions may result in removal from site.
